By using CV Generator (cvgenerator.io), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

CV Generator provides a free web-based tool for creating, editing, and exporting CVs and cover letters. All core features — templates, editor, and unlimited PDF downloads — are free.

You're responsible for your account and anything that happens in it. You must be 16 or older to use CV Generator. Use a real email address — we may need to contact you.

You own everything you create with CV Generator. By storing it on our servers, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve it back to you. We will never use your CV content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not use CV Generator to:

• Submit false information to employers.
• Impersonate other people.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Scrape the service.
• Do anything illegal.

The AI writing assistant is provided as a convenience. We make no guarantee about the accuracy or quality of AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before submitting your CV to employers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Generator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vienna.
