CV Generator (cvgenerator.io) is operated by CV Generator Ltd. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and application.

• Account data: your name and email address, provided via Google OAuth at registration.
• CV content: the text and structure of CVs and cover letters you create, stored in our database.
• Usage data: anonymized data about how you use the product, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type, collected in server logs for security and debugging.

• To provide and improve the CV Generator service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send product updates and CV tips if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in the EU.
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure.
• OpenRouter — AI writing assistance. Only the text you submit for improvement is sent.

These providers are bound by data processing agreements.

We keep your account and CV data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. Email privacy@cvgenerator.io.

CV Generator is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
