Include the biggest metric you've moved and team size you've worked with. End with what you're looking for. Avoid 'passionate about building products' — every PM says this.
Work Experience
Each role should answer three questions: What product did you own? What did you ship? What changed as a result? Format: 'Led end-to-end development of mobile checkout redesign, increasing conversion rate from 2.1% to 3.4% (+62%) and adding $4.2M ARR.' List the size of the engineering team you partnered with. Mention if you reported to C-suite or VP.
